Perfect Pumpkin Pie

In Kappler kitchen, we are really proud of our Pumpkin Pie! I think about this dessert every Thanksgiving and Christmas. Then I wonder why I had to wait until the end of the year -just to taste it again. Pie from scratch is the best! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1 pie crust (9 inch unbaked)
- 1 can (16 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
How to make it:
- Heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Continue to bake 35 to 40 minutes. Insert knife in pie, when it comes out clean -then pie is done.
