Oven Roasted Citrus Caramelized Brussel Sprouts with Pomegranate Seeds

Here is the perfect holiday side dish! Oven roasted citrus caramelized brussels sprouts with pomegranate seeds.
- 300g or 11 oz. brussels sprouts, cleaned and halved
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 orange, squeezed
- Half lemon, squeezed
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 3 tbsp pomegranate seeds
How to make it:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Clean and slice ends off brussel sprouts and slice in half. Layer them on lined sheet pan (with foil so there is less mess with clean up).
- Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, orange zest and honey. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Roast for approximately 30-40 minutes. Once finished roasting, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Serve immediately.
